As mentioned above, we take reasonable measures to ensure the security of your Data and to prevent the unauthorised disclosure of your Data, We nevertheless will not accept any liability for any penalties, losses or damages suffered as a result of a data breach and you hereby indemnify us to the full extent legally allowable in respect hereof.
International Data Transfers
We may transfer your information outside of South Africa or the European Economic Area for the purposes of data storage. You hereby consent to such transfer of your information to the extent necessary for us to provide the Services to you. We undertake to ensure that any third parties to whom your information is provided as aforesaid are bound by confidentiality and data protection agreements no less stringent than those herein contained.
