Backlog service for the 2026 reporting year. Bookings close 5 February 2027.

Automate complex document processes.

Uploader extracts the data, applies your rules and cross-checks every document against the rest of the file. Every result keeps its source, so your team only reviews the exceptions.

Checking by hand means checking a sample. Uploader checks the whole file.

Manual review does not scale, so most teams test a sample. Errors in calculations, expired certificates and inconsistencies between documents then surface at audit. Missing: gaps found late, a missing signature or certificate found at audit rather than on arrival; Uploader tests each document when it is received. Expired or mismatched: expired IDs, mismatched names and unsigned forms are difficult to detect on page 40; each document is cross-checked against the file. Packs built by hand: whole teams sorting, renaming and assembling document packs; Uploader splits, classifies and organises every pack automatically. Human in the loop: only low-confidence or unmatched results reach a reviewer, who sees the source page next to the rule.

Document AI for the manual work behind every process.

One file journey, automated end to end. Upload: any format, from any source, by email, upload, messaging or API. Split, deduplicate, organise and rename: mixed files split into single documents, copies removed, each one classified and named. Extract and verify: every field read with a confidence score and checked against the rest of the file. Compliance: your rules, registries and expiry dates checked automatically, with only true exceptions reaching a person and every result kept. Reporting and insight: dashboards, exports and an agent that answers across every record. Used for finance, procurement, audit, HR and payroll, compliance, insurance, skills development and public programmes.

Status by team, process and site. Updated as documents arrive.

Pass and flagged records, reviewer activity and failed or flagged checks, per process, site or team. Export to spreadsheet.

Results from teams in production.

Measured across teams running Uploader in production: 98% less time spent processing documents, 10× more documents with the same headcount, 1.5M+ documents processed every month and 4 days from signup to the first live batch.

Use cases

The document processes finance, recruitment and skills teams run on Uploader, from supplier onboarding to applicant packs and learner evidence.

Data cleanup service

Send us your archive as it is. We hand back one clean, verified dataset: files split, deduplicated and classified, data extracted and verified against the source, with the evidence behind every value.

Different documents, the same method.

Finance & reconciliation: invoices, statements and payments reconciled line by line, with each difference listed for review. HR & recruitment: IDs, CVs, qualifications, contracts and bank letters tested for each candidate. Audit & compliance: evidence sorted by requirement and each item tested against the standard, so only exceptions reach your analysts. CTOs & IT: the document layer you would otherwise build; Uploader adds the rule engine, cross-document checks, review and evidence record, and exports into your systems.

Connect Uploader to your AI agent.

A general-purpose agent can read a file. Connected to Uploader through MCP or API, including locally hosted models, it can apply your rules to thousands of documents and return results with their evidence.

Uploader compared with a general AI tool.

Uploader extracts data, separates mixed files, applies calculations and thresholds, cross-checks documents within a file, returns pass, fail or flag with reasoning, records source page, confidence, rule and reviewer, follows up missing documents, processes thousands of pages in parallel, and provides dashboards and agent search with sources.

Your documents. Your models. Your perimeter.

Sovereign AI security. You decide where documents, models and results live, in our cloud or inside your own perimeter. Data sovereignty: our encrypted cloud, a region you choose or your own servers, under POPIA and GDPR operator agreements. AI inside your perimeter: on premise, OCR, AI models and the verification engine run as containers on hardware you choose, licensed per installation, with signed, versioned updates you choose when to apply. Explainable, auditable AI: every result keeps the model output, confidence score, rule, cross-check and source page. Protected at every step: encrypted at rest and in transit, isolated per workspace, role-based access, every view, edit and approval logged, and works alongside your existing encryption tools.

Questions teams ask us

What does Uploader automate?

Complex document processes end to end: receiving files, splitting and organising them, extracting the data, applying your rules, cross-checking documents against each other, routing exceptions and exporting the result. Your team only handles the cases that need a person.

What documents can Uploader process?

Any file in any format and language: PDFs, scans, phone photos, handwriting, Word documents, spreadsheets, email and ZIP bundles. Mixed packs are split, every page is classified and named, and duplicates are merged into one record per person or company. There are no templates to build or maintain.

How do the rules and routing work?

You define your rules once, per process, country or region. Uploader's agents apply them to every document and return pass, fail or flagged, with the reasoning and source page. Each outcome can be routed differently: to a reviewer, back to the sender for a missing document, or straight into your systems.

How is the output kept consistent at volume?

Every document goes through the same steps and comes out in the same structure, whether it is the first file or the hundred-thousandth. There is no drift between reviewers or deadlines, and every value links back to the page it came from.

What happens when something is missing or expired?

Uploader requests missing, expired or incorrect documents from the person who has them and keeps following up. Certificates, permits and other dated documents are tracked against their expiry dates and flagged before they lapse.

Where do the results go?

Into your existing systems, dashboards or API, in the fields and format they expect. You can also ask the Uploader agent about any document and get the answer with its source. Every result comes with an evidence record that can be reviewed line by line.

How long does setup take, and do we need IT?

Most teams run their first live batch within four days. We configure Uploader to your processes and templates, so no IT project is needed.

Where does our data stay?

Wherever you need it to. Uploader and its AI models can run inside your own infrastructure or region, so documents never leave your perimeter. Every view, edit and approval is logged.

Does Uploader replace our reviewers or auditors?

No. Uploader does the repetitive checking and routes the exceptions, so people spend their time on decisions. The final decision stays with your team, and with your auditor or regulator where one is involved.
