What is your backlog?
Year-end catch-up service. Pick your backlog and we will show you how we clear it before financial year end: data cleanup and verification, skills submissions (SETA, QCTO and YES) or supplier compliance. Data cleanup and verification: years of files, scans, exports and spreadsheets split, deduplicated and classified, data extracted and verified against the source, gaps listed per record, and a clean dataset returned with the evidence behind every value. Skills submissions: Uploader reviews every learner record, register, invoice and accreditation against the SETA, QCTO and YES requirements and identifies the gaps before submission. You approve each pack. 2026 reporting year: bookings close 5 February 2027. WSP/ATR closes at midnight on 30 April 2027. There is no grace period.
Document audit report
Example report with fictional learners. Each learner is tested for provider accreditation (valid on training dates) and attendance against the claim (days claimed match the register), with results shown as Pass, Fail or Outstanding and the follow-up log for each learner. Your report covers every learner and required document within 72 hours.
Results
27,000 young people onboarded in a single day for the Youth Employment Service (YES). Lulaway: 32 to 1 person on document administration across 21,000 learner packs.
Grant funding is lost in two ways.
The deadline: WSP/ATR must be submitted by midnight on 30 April 2027. There is no grace period and no retrospective submission. Rejection: no proof of implementation, missing documents, expired accreditations or figures that do not reconcile. The funding is available. Incomplete or inconsistent evidence is what delays it.
What Uploader checks.
Every document read, including handwritten registers. Dates within the grant window. Accreditation valid. Learner numbers reconcile across forms. Certificate ID matches the claim. Attendance agrees with the claim. Every flag shows its source and reason.
Who it is for.
Training providers (including multi-SETA), host employers and YES partners, corporate academies and SDF teams, and SDF and B-BBEE consultancies.
Programmes we cover.
WSP/ATR (mandatory grant), SETA learner data (SETMIS), discretionary grant claims, learnership registration packs, QCTO learner enrolment, achievement and accreditation evidence, YES youth onboarding and verification, Section 12H schedules and B-BBEE skills development evidence. Running a different programme? Tell us which one and we will confirm the requirements.
How it works.
Five stages, applied to each document and recorded for review. Ingest: scans, ZIPs, mixed PDFs, spreadsheets and exports arrive by email, upload, messaging or API. Clean & classify: files are split, deduplicated, classified and renamed, and names, IDs, dates and amounts are extracted with a confidence score and source page. Verify & comply: policy, registry, expiry and regulatory checks, plus totals and signatures cross-checked against the rest of the file. Flag & record: flagged results go to a reviewer; every result is stored with its source, rule and reviewer. Ask & act: an agent answers questions across every record, chases missing documents and exports, with each answer linked to its source.
What you get.
Five deliverables, each with a defined date. Document audit report: documents held and documents outstanding, per learner (within 72 hours). Follow-up list: our team works through it until each gap is closed or confirmed unobtainable (ongoing). Tested submission packs: per programme, tested against its requirements (before your deadline). Your sign-off: you approve each pack (before submission). Evidence trail: each document traced to its source and each change logged.
Who handles your documents.
A dedicated Uploader team with a named account lead, under a confidentiality agreement. Every view, edit and approval is logged and each document is traced to its source. You approve each pack before it is submitted.
Supplier compliance & spend: see it as one before year end.
Your spend sits in every subsidiary and system. We take your ledger exports, AP extracts and supplier files as they are, merge duplicate suppliers, classify every line and check each supplier against the government sources configured for its region, including trading status, bank account and sanctions. You review every flag. Works alongside your existing finance and procurement systems.
Send us what you have. We will find what is missing, clean it up and hand you evidence you can sign off before year end.
Audit report within 72 hours. You approve each pack. Bookings close 5 February 2027.
Questions
When do bookings close?
5 February 2027. That leaves time to obtain missing documents before WSP/ATR is due at midnight on 30 April 2027.
What kind of backlog can you take on?
SETA, QCTO and related skills submissions built from documents: WSP/ATR, discretionary grants, learnership registrations, QCTO learner and accreditation evidence, YES and Section 12H, with the B-BBEE skills development evidence that supports them. Tell us the programme and we will confirm the requirements.
Which programmes do you cover?
WSP/ATR (mandatory grant), SETA learner data (SETMIS), discretionary grant claims, learnership registration packs, QCTO learner enrolment, achievement and accreditation evidence, YES youth onboarding and verification, Section 12H schedules and B-BBEE skills development evidence. Running a different programme? Tell us which one and we will confirm the requirements.
What do you need from us?
Access to the documents as they are, and a contact who can approve packs. We handle sorting, testing and follow-up.
Can you guarantee we meet the deadline?
For priority bookings (booked before 5 February 2027) we guarantee filing before the deadline, provided the required documents can be obtained in time. Acceptance remains the SETA's decision.
Who handles our documents?
A dedicated Uploader team works on your backlog under a confidentiality agreement, on our platform, with every view and change logged. Your staff approve the final packs.
What if a submission is still rejected?
Submissions are most often rejected for missing proof of implementation, missing documents, expired provider accreditation or figures that do not reconcile across forms. Each pack is tested for these before submission. If a rejection is due to our work, we correct and resubmit it at no extra cost.
Is our data safe?
Yes. Each document is traced to its source, every edit and approval is logged, and nothing is submitted without your approval.
What happens if we miss 30 April?
The mandatory grant for that year is forfeited; there is no retrospective submission.
